Template Licence Terms

1. Standard Commercial Licence Rights

A standard template licence purchased on NEXTRIXLAB (NEXTRIXLAB) grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide commercial licence to deploy the purchased template source code for one (1) single live production domain for yourself or for one client.

2. Permitted Uses

Under this standard licence, you are fully authorized to:

• Customize, alter, modify, and integrate the frontend code, CSS stylesheets, JavaScript interactions, and server scripts to suit your branding.
• Incorporate your own or your client's custom imagery, typography, copy, and database integrations.
• Host and deploy the website on any server, cloud host, VPS, or cPanel environment of your choice.
• Charge your end client for your custom design, configuration, and implementation work.

3. Prohibited Uses

Under this standard licence, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Redistributing, sublicensing, sharing, or publishing the raw source archive files, Git repositories, or asset packages to public forums, file-sharing sites, or peer-to-peer networks.
• Reselling the template as a template, theme, UI kit, or stock asset on competing digital marketplaces (e.g. ThemeForest, Creative Market, Envato, etc.).
• Using a single standard template licence to power multiple distinct domains or commercial websites without purchasing additional licenses for each domain.

4. Agency & Freelancer Client Handover

If you are a web design agency or freelancer developing a website for a client, you may transfer the customized final production site to your client. However, you must inform your client that the underlying codebase remains subject to these single-domain licensing terms.
